Great book, item listed “very good” and completely destroyed

This book was listed “very good” and two of the five closures are torn out of the book and completely missing, one of the remaining three is broken and pulls out, providing a choking hazard, and the two that are still intact are worn looking and damaged. The cover is torn. The spine is broken.
