Zip is a Zetz(Maybe the best novel of all-time)

It's just not possible that there will ever be a better,funnier,"more Jewish" novel about Detroit-and obviously Mount Clemens,Mi. than Max Apple's take on "nice Jewish boy" Ira Goldstein and his meshugena family.Ira,who's sorta running 'Goldstein's We Buy Junk and Batteries'and taking care of his mother and bubbe,when his life is permanently changed when Puerto Rican boxer Jesus Martinez arrives one morning and flattens a former boxing contender,who gives Ira a hard time.Ira's bubbe..whoops grandmother who has been after him to get some "Zip",no longer has to advise him on the 'Zip' issue as 'Zip' finally finds them-and takes them from the scrapyard to a middleweight title fight in Havana,with Jay Edgar Hoover suspended above the ring in a basket;obviously even Jay Edgar Hoover had to be a Max Apple fan.
