This is the best book available for anyone who has an interest in being a youth leader at a small Christian church. If you are considering being a youth leader or are looking for some fresh insight into the role, this book is for you. It will change the way you think about the challenge, and it may help you to change the way your church approaches its youth ministry.

Great book for saving the little budget you have

This book was given to me as a graduation gift from my youth ministry professor. I read it and I loved it. It really helped me to think creatively and be aware of the special needs of a small church. This book made me look at my ministry in a new light.

This book focuses on the positive aspects of having a smaller youth group. It gives you new persective on how to measure the sucess of a ministry. Finally, it gives creative ideas on how to deal with the "limitations" and challenges that a small youth minstry create. Thanks Rick! This book was bought as an addition to our church's library but I am hoping I can buy a personal copy soon since I will have to return this one eventually.
