Helpful for the whole family lol

I'm the daughter of a narcissist and I have two sisters. Reading this not only gave me some perspective and helped me understand that her choices and actions are not my fault, but my younger sisters are borrowing it as well. It may not be from a professional stand point but I honestly loved this book most out of the 4 I ordered.
