Excellent book on the subject of behavior change

For someone who is ready for change, this is a well written self-help book. It is no nonsense and well worth the money. Rainwater does a very good job of laying out the basics of an effective change process that works. I found the early parts to be particularly strong. The second half focuses mostly on imagery. I found this helpful, but less than the earlier portions.
