A clear understanding of today's prophet in the church
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 23 years ago
There is much confusion today in the church concerning the gift of prophecy and the role of the prophet. The available information on these subjects, especially as relates to a Graduate student in Theology, is limited indeed. This book is a shining beacon in an otherwise bleak literary landscape. It is very well written and at a level that Graduate students can appreciate, yet not so high into the academic clouds that the average reader would be lost. It is not written on the level of most popular novels, but it is written in a style that the average reader can follow. It should be a treasured work in anyone's libary, especially those who are studying theology seriously and need an excellent book on the gift of prophecy and the prophetic office itself.
