Good book for those who own or desire to own beach property

This is an excellent book if you are interested in owning or already own a home at the beach. It is loaded with tips, ideas and general information on owning a beach rental property. It covers everything from the tax aspects to decorarting to appliances and accessories. I only wish that I had found this book a year sooner!
