Very Enlightening

This book is about a boy who decides to volunteer at a nursing home where his friend (who is a girl) works. Gracie is a person who lives at the nursing home, and is truly a hoot! This story is both funny, and touching. It proves that trying new things can change your life. I read this when I was in grade school, and although I'm a lot older now, I've read it over an over again.
