In the course of our lives, things may go against our wishes (even when we worked hard), but that should be no cause for alarm. When we encounter sad moments, we must as quickly as possible renew our spirits, as the Bible encourages, so that life goes on. The emphasis here is, therefore, that we do not carry over bad feelings so that they do not mar our futures. If for any good thing, bad experiences are just meant to be lessons for corrections, not to be stored in the mind, to occupy precious spaces, and in turn destroy the human psyche. Imagine how the great eagle learns to fly; being tossed; in harsh wind by her mother, which dives each time to catch same before it (the child-eagle) land-crashed. Such, you can agree with me, is a hard way to learn. But it is the eagle's way to greatness. No wonder the eagle dares all winds in all forms of acrobatic summersault, flying to the highest altitude that any creature can attempt. I don't think tribulations endure in our lives because God hates us. No, problems may persist so that we get enough lessons inherent in the suffering (if we chose to call it so). Those who are passing through the wilderness should know that those who survive desert-heats come out great men. In all things, patience, persistence and diligence are virtues. Life is a battle, and like all other wars, it is won by adopting proper strategies. Reflect on your past always to get some overviews; then, ask solution-orientated questions about things that go wrong. Don't ever anything regret, because you may end up getting depressed, and hence regressing without knowing. Emotions that lead to regret are detrimental. Don't look back, because the way back is dark; your future is in the front, and you got to face the direction forward. Even if you failed, don't remain pinned down by the psychology of failure. Life is only a phase, after all. Always be positive about things around you. Always say something positive, even today, to your spirit, that will prevent a fall and project you to the sky as a star you are born to be. Every now and then, say something positive to yourself, especially, in depressing moments: and the Satan will flee Another thing you will do, in line with being positive-minded always, is to avoid accepting evil reports. Be violent against negative tendencies. Be tireless. Face situations squarely. Life is all about today while you exist. Pray as if only prayer works, and work as though nothing works save diligence - work and pray like the one who has only today, and no tomorrow The writings here-in documented are attempts at rejecting negative tendencies, and ever-stay positive about life. The poems are therefore motivational in effect, spurring us to hardwork. The book preaches, among other things, belief in one's ability, patience and courage, the need for prayers, faith in God, and gratitude. It is equally good that we assist others in such a way we may want to be assisted. The book is indeed a masterpiece to possess, and makes a good source for short messages: to inspire friends at all times. Most names mentioned in this text are found in the Bible. Also, most allusions are got from the Holy Book.
