Facing life again

About 7 months after my wife died physically (aged 44) someone lent me a copy of this book. It quite literally saved my sanity as it directed my grief to the only place I could be healed. Rather than just locking away (or freezing out etc) the pain. It is a collection multiple small sections with little pieces of hard truth (tough love) with appropriate scriptures and then a prayer that matches your own pain. Truly inspired by the Holy Spirit.It is the book that all churches should give to the recently widowed. I am going to track down a few copies so I can stat distributing them. Noone else had ministered to me in my pain this way this collection of thoughts, scriptures and prayers did.
