A powerful story

This is one of those books that sticks with you long after junior high. During a camping trip in the Florida Everglades, two girls find themselves separated from the group as a hurricane strikes. Despite their intense dislike for each other, they are forced to pool their resources and rely on each other's strengths in order to survive.This is a tale of unexpected courage, and I highly recommend it to girls in their early teens.
