The main thing you need to focus on when creating your own sequence is to make it complete. Don't just practice the headstand or just sit in a forward bend and call it a day. Yoga sequences that flow well and pay attention to the whole body are the best. Allow yourself to spice up your practice, but also be sure to rest.
