Bud's got a way with words

I never lived in the Philadelphia area but he makes it all seem so real to an outsider

Funny sad

A timely memorial for the world in this time of war. Farrell's subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) tongue-in-cheek humor brings a perspective to the Korean War and war in general that only one who night after night risked his life and saw his fellow comrades fail to return from missions could have. His incredible skills of observation of people and situations make this more than a tale. A little history and a lot of witicisms make this a must read for anyone who is interested in the air war in Korea or in the flights and frights of war.

Heartfelt and Sincere

Your book is a beautiful tribute to your family and friends..........truly an in depth interpretation of significant people and events of your life. Your perception is magnificent.....your words bring each and every event to life. Your life has been a mixture of both sadness and joy, however, you have a special way to bring out the best...always!
