Nostalgic Designs

I couldn't wait to get this book after I'd seen in reviewed in a magazine. There are lots of designs suitable for beginners, and a few challenges for more experienced stitchers. The designs are very pretty and would look lovely in a child's bedroom. The charts are all in colour, but some are very small. The faces are very stylised, with very simple features which are a little disappointing. However, the finished pictures look so sweet, I don't think the charts will put you off. There are a range of designs from children to hats and shoes. If you like designs from the days gone by, you'll enjoy this book!
