Pineiro does it again! The characters are well developed and believable. The use of current events and political villans makes the book feel real and immersive. It is a wonderfully crafted novel that will keep you reading through the night. One word of warning - this is a very realistic novel depicting graphic instances of the Kosovo ethnic cleansing, not recommended for those with weak stomachs or those to young for the brutallity and horrorific depictions.Great Book!
Great book showing another disadvantage of the Y2k!

This was a great book. It never had a dull moment to me. It kept me on the edge and my mind thinking about it. This is my first book by Pineiro, but it won't be my last. I enjoyed the plot and the involvement of the CIA and the agencies. The villian was a great pick and you'll get a glimpse of how the power can be so great that the villians will do anything to stay in control. So, get prepared for a suspense-filled book. It makes you wonder if someone else is doing the same thing and if so, how are we going to stop them.
An outstanding book from a talented author

A very exciting book. Using Slobodan Milosevic for a villain was very original. This book displays the cutthroat nature of international espionage. This book also show Pineiro's talent for computers. I wish that Hollywood would put some of Pineiro's books on the silver screen. I have yet to read a bad Pineiro book. This is a must buy book

I grabed this book while having some EXTENSIVE layovers in Dallas airport. It was my second book by R.J. This one was even better then 01-01-00. I read the entire book while on my way back home and never even noticed the flight and time wasted in the airport. Thanks R.J. for making what chould have been a borring time great. The book took you from America to Europe. It had everyone involved, the CIA, England Secret service, XKGB operatives....and best of all it had a plot of people falling in love. love makes for the best underlying plot of all. Great job.
