A good reference for legal writing

I ran out and bought this book when I got my first writing assignment as a legal intern for a civil attorney. It gave me what I was looking for -- basically the sense that I was on the right track in including what was needed for the memo I was writing. The best thing about it, unlike a lot of books aimed at law students, is that it's practical. It's organized well, with information on how to structure several different types of legal documents and memoranda.
