Fun and educational

It is so nice to find a childrens book that makes you giggle while giving a history lesson. Not only are Gigi Tegge's illustrations beautiful, the text is funny and the historical facts are correct. Bright colors and silliness make this book a great buy for parents with small children.

Gigi Tegge has a superb talent for writing and illustration

A lovely book, fabulous illustrations. As a former elementary school teacher, I found this whimsical look at the Wright Brothers efforts a good lesson in dealing with success and failure. Excellent lessons, told in a way young children understand, with pictures that invite your imagination to soar. A must for any elementary classroom teacher!

What a wonderful idea..teaching children about the beginnings of aviation in a fun and whimsical manner!! Illustrations are terriffic..this is a book that will be fun for both parents and their kids!!
