Don’T Get It

This isn’t the actual workbook that’s recommended for The Body Keeps the Score. It’s filled with typos, grammatical errors, and some sentences don’t even make sense. I so wish I would’ve realized this before purchasing it. Not worth the money and not the actual workbook that accompanies the book
