An excellent source of information regarding a womans body.

This book has excellent infomation on the intricacies of the female body and her unique anatomy. It teaches women to understand and become comfortable with their bodies. It highlights the special way in which different woman are created and shaped and helps them to love their body shape regardless of the contempory societal views on the female. It identifies unhealthy femine hygiene practices and dicusses the female body in ways that assist in boosting the female self image and esteem. It is an excellent read for women of all sizes, shapes and colors.
