Captivating biography

What I enjoyed about the book is how it weaves history into the account of this woman's life, things that I can't remember learning in history classes. What a gutsy reporter. A good read and indeed hard to put down.

It was earth shattering and very enlightening.

I could not put it down. The book is an in depth account of Margueritte Higgins life through some very difficult times of our nation. It encouraged me to try to find other books that Margueritte Higgins has written. Way to go Antoineete May.
