Love and Faith in Montana

I was given a copy of With Each Tomorrow in advance to give an honest review. With Each Tomorrow is the second book in the The Jewels of Kalispell series written by Tracie Peterson and Kimberley Woodhouse . With Each Tomorrow is set in Kalispell Montana in 1904, with two main characters Eleanor Briggs and Carter Brunswick. This book shows the trials and changes that comes to communities when the Great Northern Railway decides to depart and when conservationists want lands to be set aside for National Parks. I did not realize the hardship that was put on the communities when these two types of changes would come. A Railway departing a community could be so catastrophic that the town could end up being abandoned. I did not consider that people actually thought that lands that have belonged to families for generations should be broken up and set aside for public use. I really enjoy reading when a community comes together determined to not lose their community. It is encouraging to read how ones eyes can be opened to see things are not exactly how we thought they were, and hearts and minds can be changed when we open ourselves to God. It is fun to imagine Kalispell in the late 1890's to the early 1900's. I do not believe I will look at Kalispell the same again. I highly recommend this uplifting, encouraging, and heart warming book. I also recommend reading the first book in the series The Heart's Choice before you start reading the second book. Enjoy!
