Well-defined characters and a great story

I thoroughly enjoyed "Witch's Knight". Leonore is a wonderful female character, strong, sexy and vulnerable - and funny! She is clearly the "lead" in the narrative, yet the other characters, most notably Geoffrey, are very well drawn - we see their evolution. I enjoy Ms. Reede's writing because while certainly elegantly erotic, it's not all about heaving bosoms and throbbing loins - the characters do more than rip bodices. There's an interesting plot to sustain the romance and best of all there's a lot of humor. I definitely recommend this book and look forward to more from this author.
Fun, Powerful and Sexy!

I love this story! I'm a big fan of Medievals, and this is one of the best Medieval romances I've read in a long time. I really appreciated how the author incorporated themes of female empowerment and the sacred feminine without making Leonore seem like a transplanted 21st century feminist. She and all the characters stay true to the time period and the historical details are fabulous. Exciting twists and turns, powerful writing and steamy sensuality make this book a great read!
