Beautiful heart-warming story

This is a wonderful story about a boy and the scarecrow that he cares for. When the scarecrow, Witch Hazel, comes alive and then she is responsible for the harvest moon, it inspires a thrilling reaction from the children reading the story. It's the kind of story that you can read over and over and it never loses its magic.
