gorgeous book

A gorgeous book on the grounds and rooms of Wintertthur. Many beautiful, large, color as well as black and white, pictures of the gardens and interiors with an engaging text. A tribute to American decorative arts as well as to the vision of Henry Francis DuPont. Not a catalog showing each individual piece, although some are highlighted, this large volume showcases stunning furniture silver, china, and more in spectacular rooms. A treat for anyone interested in American antiques.
