An insightful treatment!

This is THE source for executives and senior mangers who want to optimize the management and performance of projects. Paul Dinsmore deftly covers current and emerging trends. His case for enterprise project management is compelling, yet his common sense approach recognizes that it's not a one-size-fits-all proposition. He counsels tailoring appropriate approaches that embrace continuous improvement in effective project performance. Pitfalls are flagged. Executives, consultants, and practitioners will find this work a rich resource for learning the state of the art, as well as planning, executing and evaluating their programs. This nicely mapped book fills a long-standing void in the treatment of modern enterprise project management.
