Not as good as the first book

World War 2, has come to England and Annie Webster has decided to join the WAAF. As the war continues, Annie and the Webster family begins faces the losses that come with War. But Annie finds a new love in Reid Lascells, but will everyone be able to see peace come? "Wings of the Morning" is the second book by Beryl Matthews that I have read. This also the second book in the "Webster series" While I bought this book because it was war-time based, I have to say that I really didn't enjoy it was much as the first book "The Open Door."
