Originally published in 1962, Wild Plums in Brandy was subsequently expanded and re-issued in 1969. It is a cookbook for all sorts of wild fruit, greens, and game--much of which is simply impossible for most of us to get nowadays. Still, the recipes are interesting to read, and the book has a number of illustrations by the author's husband, R.T. Lambert.
