Alison goes to her Aunt & Uncles ranch for the summer.At first she thinks she will be stuck helping her blind cousin all summer but she soon finds out it is her cousin who is helping her. This was not the greatest book I have ever read, but I was not completely disappointed. Alison is upset when she has to leave her friends and family in Chicago to go to a ranch in Wyoming. She is deathly afraid of heights and afraid of most animals, especially horses, and is not happy that she has to spend the summer with her uncle, aunt, and her blind cousin.
