Why should I hire you?
With one year experience in the field, I had the proven record of can-do attitude. I could make a difference, I'm confident that I would be a great addition to the team. I can apply my fresh knowledge, skill, experience, and education.
When this question arises during the interview, the interviewer wanted to know the best answer on why he wants to hire you, it is not about your personal life but what help you can offer him that will make his job easier or better and will benefit the company.
Display confidence and neat appearance but don't overdo that you surpass the interviewers. They don't want an overqualified applicant that can take their position in the future. Play it by ear what you say because it might be taken negatively and balance on what you say.
