Leaving home at an early age gave me freedom, but also denied me the privilege of really getting to know my younger brothers and sisters. Even though many miles separated us, it seemed that when we got together, the ties that bind reappeared, and the story would continue as if never interrupted. Although love won out in the end, it was an uphill battle that some of us lost and others won. But in the end, it is the fabulous journey that each of us travels.
