More than a story to be listened to

This book proved to be highly entertaining for my 2 grandchildren recently. The simple text and delightful pictures provided lots of opportunities for additional interaction with them.

Great gift book about families and love

This beautifully illustrated children's book makes a lovely gift for babyshowers, young families, and even grandparents! Why Are Your Fingers Cold? reveals ways families show their love for each other through simple actions and affirmations. Cold hands are for holding, scrapes are for kissing, cinnamon rolls are for sharing. The book follows 2 families (one white and one African-American) through 4 seasons of growth and interaction.
