My young daughter just fell in love with this book when we got it. The illustrations are bright and colorful. All of them are just so cute that you cannot help but fall in love with all of the animals. This book provides an exciting introduction to animal life that your child will fall in love with.Within this book, the reader learns the names of animals and what their babies are called. Here are a few examples: "A fluffy rabbit kitten nestles up to Mommy", "Tiny cubs grow into keen-eyed foxes", and "Mother duck is white, but her ducklings are yellow". They even have each page broken down into different sections. The sections are titled: "Furry babies"(rabbits, cats, dogs), "Wild Babies"(giraffes, elephants, tigers, etc.), "Feathered Babies" (ducks, pheasants, penguins, etc.), and "How Do I Change?" (frogs, butterflys, etc). The last section is titled "Can you find my Baby?", within this section you have to match the mother and her baby up (horse to foal, sheep to lamb, etc). This has been an excellent addition to our reading library, and we hope that you add it to yours also. My daughter just loves looking at this book and having me say what "sound" each of the animals make. I can hardly wait until she can make the "sounds".We hope that this review has been helpful for you. Once again, this book has terrific illustrations for any reader to look and learn from. We hope that you enjoy this book as much as we do.
