Margaret Lulic's book offers extraordinary insight into what's important in life and work. I read the book two years ago, and started to make changes in my own business--an architecture firm of 35 people--that have helped to give every individual within the firm the opportunity to blossom, find their passion, find a greater purpose in the workplace. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
