Very well done book that puts a priority on good health practices--and in a format that parents can share with their children. A very pertinent topic today done in a fun way. Love the wombats!!

This book is written in a fun story like manner, perfect for keeping the attention of a child or young adult. Instead of dictating what you need and have to do, it is an entertaining educational read. This book will help todays kids become tomorrows healthy adults, and that is what this country needs. Kids will learn that wombats, which are native to Australia, are physically strong, have lots of energy, love to play, and eat what nature provides, just like them! Every school library, after school center and day care should have this book.
I took control with the help of Who Moved My Magnet

I had the priviledge and honor to work with Peter as an editor. Through Peter's light and humorous story, I heard a more serious message: to take control of my own health. Peter's words helped me stop bingeing on cakes, cookies, candy, and ice cream. That was over four years ago! Thank you Peter!
A Fun And Informative Read

In Who Moved My Magnet? Peter Gibson has written a clever, at times whimsical, look at some pretty serious issues, principally the need for each of us to be more proactive and personally responsible for the state of our own physical well being. Through dialog and, at times, allegory he takes us on an historical journey showing us how and why the mainstream health system in this country came to be vested with the influence and power it wields today. But we needn't be sucked into the system. We have a choice. The author elaborates on a number of health alternatives to the present health care industry (yet refraining from an outright wholesale condemnation of that industry). Peter Gibson's passion is to see today's society transform itself into one defined by genuine wellness and widespread health for all. Furthermore, Mr. Gibson has made his book accessible to a wider audience by introducing us to a couple of cute and adorable Wellness Wombats who make his message appealing to kids. And what better way to effect long-range change in societal values than to reach out to youngsters? This is a book that the whole family can enjoy, be challenged by and, ultimately, benefit from.
