Great for kids!

The back cover states: "Join the crowds who followed Him. Discover His world. Think about His stories, His teaching, His miracles. Meet the person whose life has changed the world." Starting with the angel's visit to Mary & concluding with the disciples receiving the Holy Spirit and going out into the world to spread Jesus' message, this is a wonderful Bible storybook that is factual yet appropriate for children, with cute illustrations. This and the "Young Learner Bible Storybook" by Mary Manz Simon are my niece's favorites. Topics covered here include Jesus in the Temple as a boy, Jesus and the Man Who Couldn't Walk, Jesus' Story about the Forgiving Father, Jesus & Zacchaeus, with 28 topics in all. Nice as an introductory Bible, or for children with a good foundation already. This one is highly recommended.
