This little book is a quick and easy read. It keeps the reader engaged through a well written parable about a subject all managers are familiar with: giving and receiving performance feedback. Naturally, it is not designed to provide a comprehensive thesis on the psychological dimensions of organizational behavior, but for its small size it packs a big message and a convenient "how to" for those struggling with the necessary and rewarding function of coaching and developing people in the workplace.
