Excellent book for newcomers and residents

It is packed with useful information on where to live in the Phoenix Metro Area. This place has grown very large very fast since I moved here in 1978 and it is continuing to grow and change with the times. As a Realtor(r), I use it as a sort of cliff notes to help me find what my clients are looking for.
