A Valuable Resource

This book is a great reminder that one does not need to go into this next phase of life alone. Many others are going through the same experiences and emotions... whether as married couples or single adults. It is a perfect resource for a support group or small group. One could also gain insights by reading it alone. In addition this book covers a variety of both physical and emotional changes in males and females that are scientific and helpful. It explores not only the departure of nearly grown children from the home, but also the "sandwich" situation of now "parenting" one's aging parents. All of these "changes" make this phase of life challenging and confusing. However, the "unknown" is often one's worst enemy. This book reveals and removes many myths and fears.
