A Light in the Long Nights

As someone who enjoys reading Christian books and learning and growing from other's experiences in life this book is perfect for that! Pastor and Counselor, Robert L. Wise, does a fantastic job giving a challenge and encouragement on how we can as Christians trust the Lord and his plan through the "Long Nights" of life. Living in a broken, sinful world we will go through trials like depression or hopelessness, however when we are in Christ we always have a hope in the Gospel and Christ's work on the cross! Pastor Wise reminds us of this in this book and gives encouragement to people walking through dark nights. If you are walking through a trial of depression or don't feel hope in this sinful world this book will be a good encouragement for you!
