Seller is not honest with product

I ordered this book and received a copy that has no cover, but printed "not for sale" and "cover not final". There was no cover on this book, yet it was not mentioned anywhere in the description and it was listed as "good" on the site. I tried to return this, but it says it's not eligible for return. Absolutely waste of money and untrustworthy
