"When Lions Could Fly" is a wonderful collection of African folktales with morals at the end of each story. Reading each story is like listening in person to Jamal Koram, the Storyman as he shares the rhythm and beauty of African folktales that make children and adults laugh and teach important life lessons. I had this book once and lost it as I lent it out so often. It was such a favorite I had to buy a new one, and this one will not be lent out to others.
