Poor product quality

So disappointed. The book came without all of its pages, and the pages that are there are all taped together. This is not good or very good condition if you ask me. I can not return item or I would. Very disappointed in product quality, I should have just bought new from a different place

Okay

This is my 3rd book from here that has black sticky stuff on the cover. What is that? Do they do something in processing that causes this? Its weird and kinda gross. Cute book though.
