In case you're on the fence

I don't have more to add than what has already been written. This is one of those books that if you feel your heart drawn toward something about it, then just go for it.

Maybe you are like me...

Maybe you are like me... God has spoken to you about His calling for your life... about His vision for your future... about the places you are going to go and the things you are going to do... But all of that was spoken a long time ago and like me, you are still waiting to see it come to pass. So, the questions swirl around you: why is it taking so long? What am I supposed to be doing in the mean time? Why is God waiting??? From the moment I picked up the book, "When God Waits: Making Sense of Divine Delays," I couldn't put it down. Seriously, I read the entire thing in one evening and became completely undone as I finally found some answers to my frustrations and some peace for my soul. This book speaks to that place of frustration with an easy to read and captivating narrative that weaves in the authors' personal experiences with that of key figures from the bible who also had to wait for their destinies to be fulfilled. If you are trying to make sense of the purposes of God and the role He is looking for you to play while you are waiting, I would highly recommend this book and encourage you to get two copies... because once you read it, some friend or family member will come to mind that you know needs to read it also!
