Best Anger Book Ever!

Dr. Lynch has written such a gift. I wish every man, woman and child could read it. I have been reading self help books, on and off, for over 20 years. I am not easily impressed. Dr. Lynch clearly and concisely teaches readers how to deal with anger in a healthy way. I am grateful to have found it. I sent out a mass email message to friends and relatives to spread the word about this fantastic book. READ IT! READ IT! READ IT!

Life-altering and Empowering if You Fear Anger

The book provides a safe, healthy process for anyone attempting to explore their own issues with anger avoidance. The books' message and method is profoundly clear, concise and given a human face through the author's individual stories of real people struggling with the incredibly important but extremely misunderstood feeling of anger. The book clearly demonstrates that anger doesn't have to be violent or destructive and reinforces the postitive empowerment and control that comes with the confidence knowing anger need not be feared.

Exellent, easy to read, enlightening, and understanding

I have been reading lots of self-help books lately and this has been one of the best. One can benefit by learning how to identify anger and use it in a constructive manner. It's written in easy to read language. The author is realistically encouraging to anyone trying to learn to vent anger properly.

A must-read if you avoid conflict, confrontation and anger

Easy to read and understand. Individual stories exemplify the many ways and reasons we learn to avoid and deny being angry. This book clearly illustrates the distinction between anger and rage, and the importance of understanding and naming what we are feeling. The writing exercises at the end of each chapter clarify how to handle our own anger, and that of others, in healthy ways.
