While this book is the best I've come across for concisely educating the public on what is in the skin and hair products we use, the ingredients dictionary really needs to be updated. Nonetheless, after reading the book, I feel more confident about making selecting skin and hair care products. In addition to the detailed dictionary of natural organic, synthetic and chemical cosmetics ingredients, the author outlines natural skin and hair care regimes. He even includes illustrated step-by-step directions for self massage facial.
