Fantastic story about redemption. Katrina Denby was the diamond in first water during debut. Which gorgeous looks and a fortune she could have her choice of bachelors. Sebastian Throne was trying to redempt his family fortune. After his father scammed a good portion of London's elite. Sebastian needed an heiress to save his family. Courting Katrina was everything he wanted in a wife and love. While courting Katrina's world was turned upside-down by Lord Landon sneaking into her bedroom convinced he could get Katrina to runaway with him. Katrina's brother challenged Lord Landon to a duel and lost his arm in the line of duty. Disgraced and humiliated Katrina took a companion job on the Isle of Synne. Katrina was rebuilding her life with a close knit group of friends and powerful family connections. Unfortunately Lord Landon was determine to have Katrina.
