Jessica moves out of the dorm and in with Mike. She gets a job at the Coffee House as a waitress to pay for the bills. She skips Theta meetings just to be with him. Elizabeth is dating William White, but can't stop thinking about Tom Watts. Celine is jealous of Elizabeth and is in love with William.

Warning: This Book is Addicting! GREAT!

I couldn't put this book down! Jessica moves in with Mike, and Steven is furious. Elizabeth starts dating William White, but she can't stop thinking about Tom. Celine and Elizabeth are still at each other's throats. Winston is going through fraternity hazing- and it's horrible! Overall, a great book! I think that it's really interesting about Jessica & Mike. P.S The Thetas, the sorority Jessica is pledging to, hates Mike, so Jessica has to hide the fact that she lives with him. When she skips meetings to hang out with him, they get mad!

Great book!

This book is really great. Jessica Wakefield moves in with her boyfriend, Michael McAllery. She spends lots of time with him, but soem time with the Thetas. But he wants her to spend all ehr time with him. Elizabeth Wakefield is working with Tom Watts on a hazing story. She has now gotten over her ex-boyfriend Todd Wilkins, and has romantic feeligns for Tom. Winston is getting hazed by the Sigmas, but is his hazing all fun and games, or dangerous? Celine Boudreaux knows that William White has an obsession with Elizabeth. Celine wants William all to herself, and despises Elizabeth. But William want ELizabeth desperately. This book is great!

What Your Parents Don't Know #3

This, among the other first 11 books, is one of the best in the series. Jessica decides to move in with her boyfriend, older badboy Mike. But living together doesn't really go over so well with her sorority/school life OR her nosy brother Steven. Jessica makes some decisions about the sorority in this book, and has to get a job to make ends meet. It is nice to see a character concerned with money in these series...it adds a dose of reality to the book! Meanwhile, Winston is putting his life on the line over and over again to join the fraternity, who has decided separately that Winston is a joke. Elizabeth is involved with a campus-athletics scandal, and is getting closer to Tom all the time...but William White is always in the wings, pursuing Elizabeth steadily. It's not as good as the first book, but it's definitely humorous!

Part funny, mostly intriquing...

When is Jessica going to grow up & realize that being an "adult" doesn't mean falling for a "real" guy & moving in with him when you hardly know him? If I were in her shoes, I'd be figuring out what she wants to do with her life careerwise. But it's too bad that she doesn't give it a thought & thinks college life is about parties, guys, & fun & games & ridicules Liz for being too studious. It's good that even though Liz is homesick, she gets on with her schoolwork & starts mapping out a career plan for herself. Unfortunately, Francine shouldn't be so quick to hook Liz up with another boyfriend so quickly when Liz is still recovering from Todd. I think Liz ought to be single for a while & just have a circle of friends. It's great though that Liz has the part-time job at the news station. Speaking of jobs & responsibilities...I wondered if by the title, are the parents of the characters footing the whole tuition or do the students contribute at least part of the tuition? The parts about Winston made me laugh. Poor Winston is trying to fit the image of the "real" male & trying to get into the campus' "cool" fraternity, but the guys there are giving him HELL. I get the feeling that the "cool" guys secretly were jealous of free-spirited Winston. The part about Winston's hangover was funny the way it was described. I kind of like Winston; it's too bad that Jessica & her friends ridiculed Winston as a "nerd" in high school just because her doesn't fit the "cool" image. I'm glad Denise liked him & accepted him the way he was. In some ways, he's a bit like Abby Stevenson from the BSC series & Beth Barry from the Fab Five series...funny & dramatic.
