Anna and Larissa both like Toby

Anna has a crush on Toby,but Anna thinks Larissa likes him as a boyfriend. Sweet Valley Jr.High is putting on West Sidee Story[My mother's favorite musical,I hate it!] Ms.Kern,the Music teacher is leaving SVJH to take care of her family and Ms. Joanne ? takes over for her. It turns out Larissa doesn't have time for a boyfriend.

Very Good

Quiet but friendly Anna, and fashionable British Larissa both have a huge crush on their cute pal, Toby. But Larissa has been open to Anna about her crush, and hopes that Anna will help set her up with Toby. Anna is willing to help, of course, although she is secretly heartbroken that she has to choose between two of her good friends. After all, how would Larissa feel if she found out about Anna's crush on Toby, and that Toby secretly likes Anna, too? This was a good book, and I enjoyed it very much. It was similar to a dilemna in The Babysitters' Club books, though. The blond girl and the Asian girl both like the same guy, except that in The Babysitters' Club, the boy secretly likes the blond girl. Also, the girls in The Babysitters' Club books became ex-friends when the Asian girl, Claudia, found out that the blond, Stacie, was seeing the guy they both liked. I personally think the decision is up to the guy, and that Claudia overreacted, but this isn't a review for a Babysitters' Club book, so I'll get off the subject. The story is told from each person's point of view, making the book more interesting. The book also talks about an upcoming play at school that lasts at least five books before ending. It is quite a nice ending, though. If you like school stories, or easy but entertaining reads, then you'll probably enjoy this series.

Anna has a crush on Toby. But so does Larrisa. Anna thinks Toby and Larrisa would make a better couple, so Anna tries not 2 like him. Then later on she hears that Toby likes her(anna). But what is anna going 2 say to Larrisa?

SVJH Rocks!

I love all of SVJH. And this book is no different. In it Anna likes Toby but feels she has to deny her feelings because Larissa likes Toby too, and she doesn't want to ruin her friendship. She also remembers her past experiences with Elizabeth and Salvador which helps her because the situation was similiar. When Larissa asks Anna to drop clues on Toby for her, Anna is hesitant. But when she finally does, she finds out Toby likes her! It is all a big mess. I won't tell you who ends up with who, you'll have to read it yourself.

very so in touch with what teenagers go through sometimes

i think the book was great, but nothing is perfect. the fact that anna likes toby but so does larissa makes it a difficult situation, since anna knows what is like to be in larissa's place.I think that anna knew how to let out her feelings inside, but she needed toi see things in calm waters not while there's storm. fantastic.
