Easy Read, Lots of Facts and Helpful Tips

This book is a simple guide to healthful living. It also has sound and scientifically based knowledge. I bought it for someone who needed to make some changes and it has really helped!

Getting kick started.

This book is all about knowledge. The more you understand about the effects of good healthy habits, the easier it is to get started. After reading this book, it gave me the encouragement to figure out how to incorporate the 7 healthy "things" into my life even though I have severe arthritis. Reading this, lead me to investigate how I can better manage my arthritis - and incorporate excercises into my day I never thought I'd be able to do again.
