I never thought I would take cold showers willingly

This book actually inspired me to take up some of Wim Hof's methods, certainly not to the extent of hiking up Everest in only shorts, but more like the breathing and cold showers. The way he has been able to test the absolute limits of the human body is incredible. I also love that it is written by a journalist who is a self-proclaimed skeptic of his practices who goes there to experience Wim's teachings for himself. Great read, I highly recommend.
